LIMINAL

Edit Domoszlai (choreographer) and Dora Hegedus /DÜSK collaborated on Edit’s special project 'LIMINAL' and the designer created costumes for 9 dancers. They vision was to design something, that is genderless, bold, abstract, reflects on fluidity and in-between spaces. "A liminal space is a doorway, a place of transition.

This is the sacred space where old and familiar structures can fall apart, and there is a world ahead of us that we cannot yet see."

Dora collaborated with Robert Suto, Hungarian painter and visual artist and used his dystopian but very contemporary paintings as a base. She modified them digitally to create 6 special patterns to apply them on the designs.
